How we protect privacy

IDD Tech Pty Ltd's information practices, as set forth in the product privacy policies below, the IDD Tech Privacy Policy, and other notices, are intended to comply with applicable privacy laws, including the Australian Privacy Principles.

Why we maintain separate product policies

Each ToBe product is made available on different platforms and may collect and process different categories of personal information. Accordingly, IDD Tech publishes a distinct privacy policy for each product, as follows.

• Tobe Builder, a Windows desktop application for 4D planning and collaboration
• TobeMaps and Tobe XR, applications available on Meta Quest, iOS, and Android that may, subject to your permissions, process location, camera, microphone, and spatial data
• Tobe Twin, a digital twin service that may process asset, sensor, and operational data, and that may, subject to your permission, collect location information in real time through the Tobe Twin Mobile application on iOS and Android

A single combined policy would not accurately describe the information practices applicable to each product.

Matters relating to employment, the IDD Tech corporate website, and CIMIC Group more generally are addressed in the IDD Tech Privacy Policy and other CIMIC Group notices, as applicable. The policies listed on this page apply to the ToBe products only.
