People

Keep your people safe: know who is on site, and where.
People tracking in ToBe Twin is about safety first. If something goes wrong, site supervisors can see who is on site and how many people are in each area, so everyone can be accounted for. Wearable badge options include an SOS button for personnel safety.
Workers carry a small Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) tag or badge. BLE gateways, fixed in place at gates, floors and work areas or built into vehicle and equipment trackers, pick up each tag as people move around site. ToBe Twin uses the gateway's location to place each person, typically to within about 50 m. Location history is kept as a secondary record for the project.
Site areas are drawn directly on the map as control areas, such as work zones, rest areas, site offices and no-go zones, so presence, entry and exit are always measured against the way your site is actually laid out.

Every cycle, measured.
ToBe Twin follows each haul truck between the load area, queue areas and dump site, and automatically breaks every trip into its stages. Each cycle is timed, measured for distance and compared with what was expected, so you can see exactly where the time goes.
Supervisors plan each day's work as a set of tasks, such as pre-start, load cycles and breaks, assign it to an operator's device, and then watch progress live while the twin records the actual result.

Every phone becomes a tracker and a field form.
The ToBe Twin Mobile app for iOS and Android turns a phone into a tracking device. For people, the focus is safety: workers without a BLE badge can still be counted on site and placed in an area, so supervisors know who is there if an emergency happens. The same app can track a piece of equipment. With the user's permission, it records location during an active tracking session and shows it live in the twin along with entry and exit from your control areas.
The same app collects data from the field. Crews see the day's assigned work, complete surveys, pre-start checks and inspections, and capture photos, even when coverage drops out, with everything synced back to the twin.
