The resource library behind the 4D model.
Plant, people and materials live in the same scene as the GIS, the BIM and the programme. You place a named crane, a rigger and a crate of the right size, then keyframe the work. That is why a Builder sequence reads as a workpack, not a generic animation.

Why the library matters
A lift, a haul road or a crew pad is only useful if the things in the scene are the things you will hire. The library is modelled for that: real crane configurations, trades, and the crates and containers you use when the federated model is not ready yet.
You do not export into a separate catalogue to dress the scene. The resource sits on the task, moves with the keyframes, and shows up in the Sequence video the crew watches.

People
15Trades and crew figures so the workpack shows who is on the pad, not just the machine.

Materials
23Crates, containers, reo, spoil and precast used to prove laydown, lifts and haul before the BIM is ready.
