Production release 2.7.13

ToBe Builder 2.7.13 shipped as the production release in July 2026. The work is reliability, search-set BIM links, local file handling, and a set of quality-of-life fixes. The full note is on the Help Centre.
Resource requests
The old Microsoft Form is gone. Resource requests now go through a form on the ToBe Suite Service Desk. Use the link in the 2.7.13 Help Centre article if you need it.
Local cache and upload paths
The view store now keeps a local cache, so a large project stays usable when the network is poor and does not reload more than it has to.
Local upload paths with special or awkward characters were failing. That is fixed.
Search-set BIM links
Search-set links refresh more cleanly, so the linked geometry stays closer to the current set. searchsets.tsv and tasks.tsv have new columns for debugging BIM-link problems.
Reload, retry and animation
Durable retry and caching were refactored. The reload and retry dialog is one path, so recovery from an error is the same wherever it happens.
Resource animation order was wrong in some sequences. That is corrected.
Hidden mount-point picking also received a pass in this build.
